TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY - SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 1 - DOCKET NO. 50-327 - FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE DPR REPORTABLE OCCURRENCE REPCRT 3QRO-50-327/80208 The enclosed report provides details concerning failure to perform a post maintenance stroke test on 1-FCV-62-72, regenerative heat exchanger letdown isolation valve. This event was discovered during review of maintenance requests on April 24, 1981. This event resulted in failure to ev.nply with surveillance requirement 4.0.5 and is reportable under Sequoyah unit 1 Technical Specification 6.9.1.13.c.
