TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY - SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 1 - DOCKET No. 50-327 - FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE DPR REPORTABLE OCCURRENCE REPORT SQRO-50-327/81049 The enclosed report provides details concerning the failure of a containment isolation valve to close when a radiation monitor spike initiated a spurious containment isolation. The valve's inoperability placed the plant in action statement "b" of limiting condition for operation 3.6.3.1 and is reported in accordance with Sequoyah unit 1 Tachnical Specifi-cation 6.9.1.13.b.
