References:

(1) W. G. Counsil letter to R. Reid, dated June 25, 1979 Gentlemen:

Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 2 Inservice Testing Program In Reference (.'.), Northeast Nuclear Energy Company (NNECO) provided the NRC Staff with a revised Inservice Testing (IST) program for Millstone Unit No. 2.

During discussions with the Staff in January and April, 1981, NNECO agreed to revise portions of the Reference (1) IST program related to valve testing.

The revised pages are hereby provided as Attachment 1.

In addition to the changes discussed with your Staff, NNECO has included several revised stroke times for power-operated valves. These changes update the vc.1ve tables and are supported by several months of actual testing.

We trust the attached information vill facilitate the review of the Reference (1) IST program.

Very truly yours, NORTHEAST NUCLEAR ENERGY COMPANY c'
