This office has received a copy of your October 26, 1978 request which you filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation.
The request is for propo:;ed revisions to Technical Specifications concerning inservice inspection and testing programs for Millstone 2 (Facility License DPR-65).
In your application, you stated that you had reviewed the proposed changes and determined that no fee is applicable since (a) the revision uses language very similar to that previously submitted to you in a letter dated April 26,1976, (b) the revision to the Bases Section conforms to the latest revision of the Combustion Engineering STS, and (c) the revision is not expected to require any furthar staff review to be approved.
We have determined from our preliminary review that the proposed amendment falls in fee Class III ($4,000) because the action requested will require review of a single safety issue.
You should promptly forward to this office the Class III fe2 of $4,000.
Fees are payable to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission by check, draft, or money order.
If after the final evaluction of your request is completed it is determined that it was incorrectly classified, you will be refunded'any overpayment or billed for a.y additional amount due.
