In response to questions submitted by the Division of Licensing and pursuant to Appendix C to 10 CFR 73, enclosed are five (5) capies of Revision 2 to the
" Safeguards Contingency Plan" for the Virgil C. Summer Nuclear Station. Specific responses to the questions are located in the Appendix. We request that in keeping with paragraph 2.790(d), 10 CFR 2, this information be withheld from public disclosure. If you have any questions, please let us know.
