Dear Mr. Brunner:
In a letter dated October 2,1980, we informed you that a total of $12,700 in fees pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22 was due for the Consumers Power Company's December 19, 1979 application (Amendment No. 72) for amendment to the construction permits for Midland Unit Nos.1 and 2.
The $12,700 has not been received by us; therefore, it should be remitted to our office within fifteen (15) days after your receipt of this letter.
