The Conmission has issued the enclosed Amendment 40 5 9 to Iacility Operating License No. NPF-1 for Trojan Nuclear Plant. The amen &ent consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application dated Parch 16, 1991.
The amentent revises the requirements for containment air lock testing to confom to the anended regulations contained in 10 CFR 50, Accendix J.
Conies of the Safety Evaluation and the Notice of Issuance are also enclosed.
