Your letter dated October 10, 1980 requested that a realistic date for receiving fuel be provided as an aid in establishing a review schedule for the Texas Utilities Generating Ccepany license application to permit receipt, possession, storage, inspection and transportation of special nuclear material.
Accordingly, the earliest date at which we intend to receive fuel is September, 1931. To be consistent uith our needs, the license application review should be completed and the license issued by September 1, 1981.
You will be notified prior to September 1,1981 should the above fuel receipt date change.
