CLINTON POWER STATION, UNIT 1 OL ANTITRUST REVIEW; DOCKET NO. 50-461 In order to complete our analysis in determining whether or not there have been any "signiff ant changes" since the construction permit antitrust review, we would appreciate it if you would provide responses to the following questions:

p. 5, B.1.H.(1) When was interest first expressed, either by Illinos Power Co. (IPC) or the City of Jacksonville, concerning the purchase by IPC of the Citfi municipal electric system?

When was the acquisition of the City of Jacksonville's system consummated?

What was the acquisition price paid for the Jacksonville facilities?

Was the acquisition of Jacksonville's system submitted to the City in referendum form?

What was the generating capacity of the City of Jacksonville's system at the time of the acquisition?

What percentage (approximately) of the City of Jacksonville was serviced by IPC?
