TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY - SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLINT UNIT 1 - DOCKET No. 50-327 - FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE DPR REPORTABLE OCCURRENCE REPORT SQRO-50-327/81037 The enclosed report provides details concerning two instances of low boron concentration in the refueling water storage tank. These events required entry into limiting condition for operation 3.5.5 and are reportable under Sequoyah unit 1 Technical Specification 6.9.1.13.b.
