Vital instrument power board 1-I being declared inoperable resulted in entering the action statement of limiting condition for operation 3.8.2.1 and is re7orted in accordance with Sequoyah unit 1 Technical Specification 6.9.1.13.b.

Sequoyah Licensee Event Reports (LER's) are transmitted to your office by the Division of Nuclear Power central office. Recently, a Sequoyah Compliance Staff (ISEG) review of LER's discovered that this LER was apparently lost in the mail between Sequoyah Nuclear Plant and the central office and was therefore never transmitted to your office. This LER is ncw being transmitted beyond the 30-day reporting time.
