This letter confirms our telephone conversation of March 2,

1 in which we discussed the outstanding questions relative to your license application dated February 13, 1981 for authorization to receive, possess, inspect and store special nuclear material in the fom of unirradiated nuclear fuel bundles, to package such fuel bundles for delivery to a carrier, and to rece' eve, possess, inspect and use in-core detectors and operational sources in Unit 1 of the Grand. Gulf Nuclear Station.

At the conclusion of our discussion the following questions remain outstanding:
