Surveillance requirements of Technical Specification 4.5.A.2 were met.

Apparent Cause of Occurrence:

Apparently a contact in the "open" circuitry of FCV-75-22 full voltage reve sing starter failed to make up.

Analys_is_g Occurrence:

i There was no damage to plant equipment. There was no activity release, no personnel exposure or injury and no,dange,r to the health or safety of the public.

I Co: rective Action:

EMI-71 was performed on motor for FCV-75-22.

Motor contactors were disassembled and inspected. Contactor interlocks were aligned when contactors were reassembled.

The valve was cycled upon completion and no further. problems found.
