machined .003 from #11 main bearing cap and straightened

  1. 7,8,9,10,12,13, and 14 using hyd. press and special mandrill to correct line bore- twist.

Honed and placed .025 snim under cylinder liner and pad on engine blocx which corrected twist on #11 cylinder liner; installed new cylinder liners )

on #10 and #11 with new seals and "O" rings; disassembled, cleaned,

and replaced upper pistons; repaired top cover by removing damaged material and welding -new material in the area; installed new crank shaft, timing chain, upper and 1 front cover and new gaskets 80-4737- 1-17-81 Installed new mech. seal, checked shaft _ alignment, and retorqued.all bolts to required-torque' per HNP-2-6200 on "D" PSW pump 2P41-C001D 81-446' l-26-81' Replaced new .maglock -switen for

Seating surface showed 905 contact on pressure side and approximately 60% on back side. Could not cut better fit. Lapped gate to correct as best as could and reblued.
