Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
Our previous response on this subject dated December 31, 1980, stated that preliminary findings were indicating that no active valve had been supplied with yokes from Malcolm Foundry. However, at the time of the response, we indicated that Westinghouse had not completed their generic evaluation of this problem.
Westinghouse has now completed their review and has determined that no valve has been supplied to Virgil C. Summer Nuclear Station with valve yokes from Falcolm Foundry. This is a final report to the subject IEB.
