Gentlemen:
Thank you for your letter dated December 4, 1980, informing us of your
progress in completing Quality Assurance procedures committed to in
Inspection Report No. 50-358/80-16.
Based on our inspection on December 16, 1980, we note that you have now
completed tne stated procedures. However, a partial review of several
of the QA procedures indicated that, as in instances in the past, further
revisions are required to eliminate errors and conflicts between CG&E and
H. J. Kaiser procedures.
It is requested that you provide RIII with a schedule as to when these
procedures will be thoroughly reviewed and any required modifications to
the procedures completed.
