The optical isolator was i

i i i,12i i replaced. On 10-23-80 the CEAC #2 failure was due to a failed OP module i I card for the test circuit.

The OP module card was replaced.

In all cases i 3 I CEAC #2 was returned to coerable status.per T.S. Table 3.3.1-1 Action Sa.
