JSaltzman The Comission has issued the enclosed Amendnent "o. 31 to Facility License No. DPR-3 for the Yankee Muclear Power Station (Yankee-Rowe).
The anendnent consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application dated October 12, 1976.
The anendment changes the values for the " Core XII Allowable Peak LUGR Versus Exposure" in the Technical Specificaticns to renove an in-y censistency in the application of these values in the specified procedure for deternining the allovable fraction of full power.
