Amendment No. 32 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-3 issued to h
kf Yankee Atomic Electric Company which revised Technical Specifications
!g for operation of the Yankee Nuclear Power Station (Yankee-Rowe) located in Rowe, Massachusetts. Toe amendment is effective as of the date of nE issuance.
j aw The a endment changes the values for the " Core XII Allowable Peak
%E LHGR Versus Exposure" in the Technical Specifications to remove an l
inconsisten:y in the application of these values in the specified Y
$g procedure for determining the allowable fraction of full power.
M The a;piication for the amendment complies with the standards and g
e requirements of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act),

and the Co nission's rules and regulations. The Commission has made
