Gentlemen:
This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. T. Martin of this office
on October 22-24, 28-31, and November 4-7, 1975 at Yankee Rouc Stati:n,
Rowe, Massachusetts of activities authorized by NRC License ::o. D?R-2
and to the discussions of our findings held by Mr. T. Martin with Mr.
Autio of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
Areas exacined during this inspection are described in the Office of
Inspection and Enforcement Inspection Report uhich is enclosed with :his
letter.
Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective
examinations of procedures and representative records, interviers wi:h
persontal, and observations by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, no itens of nonco=pliance were
observed.
In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice", Part
2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter and the
enclosed inspection teport will be placed in the NRC's Public Docuren:
