This. refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. H. F. Bundy of this

The area examined during the inspection was your actions in response

paragraph 2 as 445/8990-01, 445/8990-02, and 445/8994-03, which you

should resolve prior to exceeding 5% power for Unit 1.
