h Appendix A 50TICE OF VIOLATION Cc=nonwealth Edison Company Docket No. 50-265 As a result of the inspection conducted on October 20, 1980, through November 24, 1980, and in accordance with the Interin Enf orcenent Policy, 45 FR 66754 (October 7, 1980), the fo11 ewing violations were identified:

Unit t Technical Specifications, Section 6. 2. A. 7 requires t'at detailed written procedures including applicable checkoff lists be prepared, approved and adhered to for surveillance and testing of systens and components in-valving the earcty of the facility.
Contrary to the above, on October 24, 1980, the incorrect surveillance for an inoperable Diesel Generator was performed; QOS 6600-S1 " Diesel Generator and Systen Operability Test" was conducted for Bus 23-1 instead of the required Bus 24-1.
This is a Severity Level IV violation.
(Supplement I.D.3) 2.
Unit 2 Technical Specifications, Section 6.2.A.7 requires that detailed written procedures including applicable checkoff lists be prepared, approved and adhered to for surveillance and testing of systems and components in-volving the safety of the f acility.
Contrary to the above, on October 24, 1980, during the performance of QOS 6600-S1 " Diesel Generator and Systen Operability Test," the 2C RHR Punp failed to start as a result of inadequate testing upon return to service following naintenance on October 21, 1980.
This is a Seierity Level IV violation.
