Hydrogen Control Measures (McGuire Nuclear Station, Units 1 and 2)
We are in receipt of your November 17, 1980 letter transmitting copies of your report regarding hydrogen control measures at the McGuire Nuclear Station. To enable the staff to complete an early review v this matter we request that you (1) promptly provide all recently developed information pertinent to evaluation of hydrogen control measures, including information on equipment survivability and response to local detonation events, (2) list and explain the differences between the McGuire and Sequoyah hydrogen control systems; i.e., the interim dis-tributed ignition system at Sequoyah.
s We request that this information be provided no later than December 30, 1980.
