Operating License No. DPR-73 Docket No. 50-320 Combined Incoection Report 50-289/80-02 and 50-320/80-02 In your letter of September 10, 1980, you requested that we submit within ten (10) days of our receipt of that correspendence, a response inclusive of the three items requested in reference to Item C of the C~mbined Inspection Report. We are unable to comply with the requested time frame as discussed by your Mr. A. N. Fasano, Chief, Site Operations Section, and our Mr. S. D. Chaplin, on September 22, 1980. As discussed is the outstanding issue of proposed item of noncompliance, Item C.
Upon resolution of the status of Item C, Met-Ed can appropriately respond.
