Addendum A (R. P. Crouse) to NRC (R. W. Reid),
dated November 10, 1980.
1.
Submit a copy of the test procedures used in Ref. 1, (Consolidated Controls Corporation Test Procedures KAM 7315).
2.
Submit a copy of Bechtel Specification 7749-E-238 referred to in Re f. 1, Se c t ion 4. 0.
3.
Submit a wiring diagram for one channel of the SFAS (Diagram should show the components which were subjected to the tests).
Also define the function of each of the components tested.
4.
Clarify what is meant by a "P/S" (Ref. 1, Section 3.1.5).
5.
Explain in detail the test results submitted in chart recording form [Ref.1] as the charts are not adequately labeled or the test procedures defined.
