Enclosure No.1 pmvides our Safety Evaluation of your submittal and Enclo-sure No. 2 identifies unresolved fire protection issues.

Please provide the information requested for Item 3.18 within 20 days. We cannot finish our review of fire areas 3.?5, 3.27, 3.28, 3.29, 3.30 and 3.31 until you provide a complete response to our letter of October 14, 1980 which requested an alternate safe shutdown capability independent of these areas.
