transmitted by Mississippi Power & Light Company's letter dated April 3,1980 and supplemented by letter dated June 30, 1980, for the purpose of adding South Mississippi Electric Power Association as co-owner of Grand Gulf Nuclear Station, Unit 1 (the facility),
complies with the standards and requirements of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, and the Comission's regulations set forth in 10 CFR Chapter I; South Mississippi Electric Power Association is qualified to finance B.
