CPPR-118 and CPPR-119 AECM-80/65 In support of the application of Mississippi Power & Light Company, Middle South Energy, Inc. and South Mississippi Electric Power Association to amend construction Pemit Nos. CPPR-118 and CPPR-119 to include South Mississippi Electric Power Association as co-owner of the Grand Gulf Nuclear Station, Units Nos.1 and 2, Mississippi Power & Light Company hereby submits the following separate documents: [ p btW9f SWTFm $fP4t ATTLy (1) Three signed originals and nineteen copies of the Application for Amendment of Construction Permit Nos. CPPR-ll8 and CPPR-119. N (2) Twenty copies of the Part 50 Appendix L Antitrust information ~ f required by 10 C.F.R. Sections 2.101(a)(5) and 50.33(a) of the Commission's regulations. In accordance with the requirements of 10 C.F.R., Part 170, enclosed is a check in the amount of $4,400 as payment of the Amendment fee. Pursuant to Sections 170.12(c) and 170.22, Mississippi Power & Light Company has determined that the requested Amendment qualifies as a requested " Class ITI" Amendment. The Ownership Agreement, the Operating Agreement and the Substitute Power Agreement, all of which are referred to in the Application and are attached as exhibits thereto, will be executed by Middle South Energy, Inc. and South Mississippi EPA and with regard to the Substitute Power Agree-ment also by Mississippi Power & Light Company, in substantially the form attached to the Application.
