Dear Mr. Counsil:
The Comission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 36 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-61 for the Haddam Neck Plant. The amend-ment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application transmitted by letters dated Septenter 5,1978, February 14,1979 (as supported by your March 30, 1979 submittal),
April 28 and July 16, 1980.
This amendment revises the withdrawal schedule of the reactor vessel mterial surveillance capsules and also revises the Administrative Controls Sections of Appendices A and B of the Technical Specifica-tions to reflect current organizational structure and titles.
During our review of your application, we found it necessary to modify the proposed Technical Specifications. We have discussed these modi-fications with your representative and have mutually agreed upon them.
Copies of our related Safety Evaluation and the Notice of Issuance are l
also enclosed.
