The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 7 to Facility License No. DPR-3.
This amendment includes Change No. 112 to.the Technical Specifications and is in response to your request dated February 20, 1974.,
You are authorized to modify the Reactor Permissive Circuitry as proposed in your letter of February 20, 1974. The enclosed Amendment No. 7 incorporates the necessary changes in the Technical Specifications to reflect the modifications.
The Safety Evaluation and the Federal Register Notice relating to this action are also enclosed.
