The Staff's August 29, 1989, memorandum (mentioned in your October 23, 1989, letter to Licensing Board Judges Bloch and Linenberger) 2.

July 31, 1989, EPA Santa Susana Field Lab Site Report (listed in the Hearing File Index, enclosed with your October 23 letter); and 3.

May 25,1989, License Renewal Application (w/o proprietary attachments) (listed in the Hearing File Index).

We would appreciate promptly receiving three copies of these items, as well as any future staff submissions in this proceeding.

The Appeal Panel's files also do not contain the required notification from the NRC staff indicating whether it is participating as a party in this proceeding.

See 10 C.F.R. S 2.1213.

If such notification has been provided to the parties and Presiding Officer, please submit three copies promptly.

Finally, on October 25, we received a copy of a letter from you to Judges Bloch and Linenberger, dated September 21.
