EM During a routine weekly surveillance of the fire barrier doors, the door between fire zones RF.'f-1E and RB-FE 1F4 was identified as not meeting the acceptance criteria.
'the door was declarad non-functional due to it not being able to latch under its own power.

- Analysis of occurrence The Oyster Creek plant was in a shutdown condition during which required
- maintenance on systems and components was being performed. Upon discovery of r
the non-functional-fire barrier door, a work rer,uest was submitted to repair H,
the fire barrier. door within seven (7) days. Due to conctraints imposed by increased outage related. maintenance activities of a higher priority, it was not.possinle to accomplish this repair within seven (7) days as specified.
Since the required fire watches had been established, the safety significance r
