l~nank you for ycur letter of February 26, 1981, in response to cur letter dated February 5, 1981. As a result of cur review, we find that additional information is needed.
Specifically, in your corrective action resocnse to each identified noncen-famance we were unable to detemine if Sargent & Lundy had censidered the generic implication of each of these nonconfornances.
Please previde a de-scription of the measures you have taken or plan to take to determine if these were isolated cases or if there were additienal cases on the same croject and on other projects.
Further, we were not able to detennine:
(1) if the preventive measures described considered the basic causes of these noncon-for.ances so they would not recur, or (2) if you planned to use these pre-ventive measures on other projects.
Please re-evaluate your preventive measures in light of the results of your generic considerations of these nonconformances.
Please provide this additional information within 25 days of the date of tnis letter so we may ccmplete Our review in a timely manner.
