Your letter of March 27, 1981, requested certain revisions to license NPF-9 Appendix A, Technical Specifications. We find that your request is incomplete in thattechnical justification is lacking, a safety analysis is not provided nor is determination of safety and environmental significance included. We do not plan to take any further action on this request until additional information is filed. These matters were previously discussed with your staff on March 30, 1981.
