We have received copies of certain applications which your Company has filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for review.
The applications are for various Technical Specification changes and other approvals for Calvert Cliffs Unit Nos. I and 2.
The ONRR staff have completed their preliminary and/or final fee determinations on these applications in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.22.
Enclosed is a list of the applications, fees paid, fees applicable, and basis for 0NRR's fee determination on each of the applications.
Based on the amounts paid and the ONRR determinations, your Company is entitled to a refund of $3,500.
We are concurrently authorizing the Office of the Controller to refund this amount to your Company.
Refunds are generally processed in two weeks.
