Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
Our previous response to you dated January 30, 1981 on this subject indicated that the required inspections and examinations of the feedwater nozzles and supports had been performed and were found acceptable. However, during an inspection on February 5,1981, Mr. Bill Crowley of your effice requested that SCE&G obtain documentation of the acceptability of voids found in the flow restrictor.
Westinghouse has reviewed the feedwater nozzle radiographs and has determined the nozzle and inserts to be acceptable. Documentation of the above has been provided.
