TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY - SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 1 - DOCKET No. 50-327 - FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE DPR REPORTABLE OCCURRENCE REPORT SQRO-50-327/81029 The enclosed report provides details concerning the inoperability of essential raw cooling water effluent radiation monitors 0-RM-90-134 and 0-RM-90-141 due to a failure of the sample pump / motor coupling.

The event placed the plant in action statement 32 of limiting condition for operation 3.3.3.9 and is reported under Sequoyah unit 1 Technical Specification 6.9.1.13.b.
