This refers to the meeting held at the Philadelphia Electric Offices,
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on January 27, 1981, relating to our evaluation
of activities auti.crized by Construction Pennits CPPR 106 and 107. The
subjects discussed and a list of attendees at this meeting are included in
the Office of Inspection and Enforcement Meeting Report and the Perfonnance
Evaluation Report which are enclosed with this letter.
It is our view that this meeting was effective in communicating to'you and
your staff the results of our evaluation of your perfonnance of licensed
activities. Also, we hope it provided you vith a better understanding of cur
inspection program and objectives.
In accordance with Section 2.790 of che NRC's " Rules of Practice", Part 2,
Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter and the enclosed
meeting report will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room.
