Docket No. 50-285 Gentlemen:
Omaha Public Power District has reviewed the requirements of Appendix R to 10 CFR 50 and the Co= mission's letter dated February 20, 1981, and feels that our existing fire protection system meets the intent of Appendix R.
Therefore, no modifications are planned by the District. Accordingly, we feel the requirements of 10 CFR 50.k8(c) have been met by the District. Additional documentation in support of the District's above position vill be provided to the Commission by March 27, 1981.
