This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Messrs.
N. J. Chrissotimos and S. G. DuPont of this office on January 7
through Feoruary 7, 1981, of activities at Quad-Cities' Nuclear Power
Station, Units 1 and 2 authorized by NRC Operating Licenses No. DPR-29
and No. DPR-30 and to the discussion of our findings with Mr. N. J.
Kalivianakis at the conclusion of the inspection.
The enclosed copy of our inspection report identifies areas examined
during the inspe** ion. Within these areas, the inspection consisted
of a selective e> mination of procedures and representative records,
observations, and
'erviews with personnel.
