This full-term license, which will expire on October 31, 1986, is issued subsequent to the preparation of an environmental impact appraisal related to the continued operation of your plant. A Negative Declaration pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 51, was published in the Federal Register on August 19, 1981 and was transmitted to you under separate cover.
As a result of the envirorm: ental impact appraisal, several additional conditions (Nos.15-20) have been added to your license. These conditions were discussed and agreed to, by your Mr. Malody and G. Bidinger of my staff on October 7,1981.
The Materials and Plant Protection Amendment issued pursuant to 10 CFR Parts 70 and 73 and the Certificates of Compliance issued pursuant to 10 CFR Part 71 are not affected by this licensing action and remain in effect.
You are hereby advised that any requests for amendment to this license should be submitted in the form of replacement pages to the Conditions Section and, if necessary, to the Safety Demonstration Section. The changed or new items should be clearly identified.
