Dear Mr. Tallman:
As you are aware, the Nuclear Regulatory Connission's Division of Emergency Preparedness is conducting a special study to gather the infomation needed to evaluate evacuation time estimates for the Seabrook Emergency Planning Zone (EPZ). This study includes an analysis of the vehicular traffic associated with periods of peak transient population.
We would appreciate receiving one copy of all aerial and ground photographs of the EFZ taken during periods of peak transient population. The times of particular interest are the 4th of July, Labor Day, and the weekends of July and August from 1975 to 1981. The review and analysis of these photographs will aid in our assessment of the evacuation time estimates of the Seabrook EPZ.
