The Commission has ssued the enclosed Amendment No. 76 to Provisional Operating License No. DPR-21 for the Millstone Nuclear Power Station Unit 1.
This amendment completes another portion of your September 9, 1980 (Reload 7) application.
The amendment approves Appendix A Technical Specifications r61ating to the (1) Multiplier Average Power Range Monitor (APRM) rod block monitor settings, (2) surveillance testing of the ECCS and Standby Liquid Con-trol Equipment, and (3) Rod Worth Minimizer Diagnostic test. The amendment also involves several editorial changes.
Our related Safety Evaluation and the Notice of Issuance are also enclosed.
