er Company, The Hartford Electric Light Company, Western Massachusetts Eisctric Company, and Northeast Nuclear Energy Company (the licensees), which revised the Technical Specifications for operation of the Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit 1 (the facility), located in the Town of Waterford, Connecticut.
The amendment is effective as of its date of issuance.
The amendment approves Appendix A. Technical Specifications relating to the (1) Multiplier Average Power Range Monitor (APRM) rod block monitor settings, (2) surveillance testing of the ECCS and Standby Liquid Control Equipment, and (3) Rod Worth Minimizer Diagnostic test.
The amendment also involves several editorial changes.
The application for the amendment complies with the standards and requirements of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), and j
the Commission's rules and regulations.
The Commission has made appropriate findings as required by the Act and the Commission's rules and regulations.
