RECEIPT OF APPLICATION FOR OPERATING LICENSES FOR RIVER BEND STATION, UNITS 1 AND 2 We acknowledge the receipt on April 24, 1981 of the following submittal from the Gulf States Utilities Company for the operating license applica-tion of the River Bend Station, Units 1 and 2:
(1 Ten (10) copies of the License Application Fifteen (15) sets of the Final Safety Analysis Rpport Twenty (20) sets of the Environmental Report Twenty (20) copies of the Antitrust Review Information Proprietary Infomation The NRC staff will be assisted in the acceptance review of the FSAR by the Idaho National Engineering Laboratory.
It is our understanding per telecon W. Reed (GSUC)/R. Perch (USNRC) of April 27, 1981 that Gulf States Utilities Company will directly forward two (2) sets of the Final Safety Analysis Report to the Idaho National Engineering Laborato y.

the review, we will notify you by letter as to conclusions.
