TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY - SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT L3IT 1 - DOCKET No. 50-327 - FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE DPR REPORTABLE OCCURRENCE REPORT SQRO-50-327/81038 The enclosed report provides details concerning the inoperability of the auxiliary building ventilation system particulate radiation monitor due to failure of its normal speed paper advance drive motor. This event placed Sequoyah unit 1 in action statement 44 of limiting condition for operation 3.3.3.10 and is reported under Sequoyah unit 1 Technical Specification 6.9.1.13.b.
