LJ Appendix A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Commonwealth Edison Company Docket No. 50-304 As a result of the inspection conducted on January 1,1981 to February 27, 1981, and in accordance with the Interim Enforcement Policy, 45 FR 66754 (October 7,1980), the following violation was identified:
Technical Specification 6.2.A states in part that detailed written procedures shall be prepared, approved and adhered to...
Contrary to the above, Zion Administrative Procedure 10-52-2, Operating Log Books, was violated on February 12, 1981 when nuclear station operator and shif t engireer log books did not include an entry regarding significant reactor e solant system leakage that was occurring on Zion Unit 2.
(See paragraph 4).
This is a Severity Level V Violation.
Pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 2.201, you are required to submit to this of fice within twenty-five days of the date of this Notice a written statement or explanation in reply, including f or each item of noncompliance; (1) corrective action taken and the results achieved; (2) corrective action to be taken to avoid further concompliance; and (3) the date when full com-pliance will be achieved. Under the authority of Section 182 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, this response shall be submitted under oath or affirmation.
