Dear Sir:
Enclosed are 15 copies of the completed Lccign Information Questionnaires (DIQ) Forms N-71 and N-72 for the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). The DIQ forms are submitted in response to your letter of February 24, 1981 which notified PGE of the USA /IAEA Safeguard Applicatien to the Trojan Nuclear Plant.
The DIQ forms have been completed in accordance with the written instruc-tions provided in your February 24 letter and are supplemented by the included Attachments for additional information. Submission of the DIQ forms, in addition to the Initial Inventory Report which was trans-mitted to you on March 19, 1981, complete the PGE actions required by your letter of February 24, 1981, to comply with the USA /IAEA Safeguards Treaty.
