TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY - SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 1 - DOCKET NO. 50-327 - FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE DPR REPORTABLE OCCUP.RENCE REPORT SQRO-50-327/81030 The enclosed report provides details concerning auxiliary feedwater check valve 3-805 failing leak test SI-166.19. This valve was tested in cold shutdown, but based on a conservative evaluation this event is reportable under Sequoyah unit 1 Technical Specification 6.9.1.13.b.
