Dear Mr. Stoltz:
The subject information was requested before April 10, 1981, by way of your letter dated March 6,1981 (Reid to Hancock).
Due to the involvement of key security personnel with the Vulnerability Assessment Study conducted at Crystal River Unit 3, and an ongoing effort to provide information on the Crystal River Unit 3 Safeguards Contingency Plan (requested by your letter dated January 30, 1981) the submittal of the subject information will be delayed until May 25, 1981.
